• Calories - Something that we humans haven't been able to mentally calculate (at least not without following formulas and complex calculations) - the skipping rope will use all of the above data to calculate how many calories you've burned in your workout.

You also get to decide how you skip with this skipping rope, the choice is yours:

• Cordless - Want to try and go as hard as you can without worrying about tripping up, you can use the shorter rope with weighted balls attached to stimulate the effect of jumping rope without having to worry about tripping over, using this option usually means you're able to go harder and faster!
  
  
• Corded - Don't want to simulate the effect of skipping? Want to give yourself more of a challenge? This skipping rope comes accompanied with a 3-metre long rope to be used with it which can be easily adjusted to the right length for you, this is the choice that most of our customers opt for, and it usually also leads to an increased number of calories burned.
