Our skipping rope will get your heartbeat pumping before or after an intensive training session - it's important to warm up your muscles and your heart before tackling more rigorous exercises and movements, take care of your muscles by ensuring that they are sufficiently warmed up and cooled down before and after your workouts.

Featuring a PVC-coated wire rope, the inner layer of the rope is twisted around seven-wire ropes, each of these individual wire ropes consists of an additional seven thinner wires, totalling 49 wires within the rope to ensure durability and protection against wear.

The adjustable steel buckle allows you to control the length of rope before use, giving you the opportunity to get the rope to a length that you feel comfortable with, ensuring that you're able to utilise the skipping rope to your full potential!
