Instructions For Use

1. Before use, please use a rag to wipe the floor and the core training aid.
2. Place the device on a smooth hardwood or equivalent floor without any gaps.
3. Adjust the device to a suitable height for you.
4. Press the black button, and then press down the device with your fingers to ensure the machine and the ground are completely in contact.

This process can be repeated again and again without any worries of it not sticking!
